The Epilepsy Support Program is for children and adults with epilepsy. Our program is here to support you and your family in a number of ways:
- Individual Information and Education
- Referrals
- Advocacy and Assistance with IEPs for school-aged children
- Assistance with transitioning from High School to Higher Education or Adult Services
- Community and School Education of Epilepsy
- Monthly Support Group Meetings
- Development of Individual Seizure Plan
- Seizure Clinics
People with epilepsy, as well as their family members, often feel isolated and alone. Being involved in communities and groups of people with similar concerns allows them to gain strength, encouragement, helpful tips, or advice. You can also feel empowered by helping others in turn.
