Options & Advocacy Mission Statement

Option & Advocacy services are available to people who are residing in or have significant ties to McHenry County.

Options & Advocacy is pleased to announce Cindy Sullivan as their new Executive Director effective July 1, 2007. Cindy has been with Options & Advocacy for eight years. She has 22 years
of experience in the field of disabilities. She is also the parent of a young woman who has disabilities. Some of Cindy’s goals for the organization are to increase public awareness and expand the services offered. Cindy has Master of Science degree in management with an emphasis in organizational development. She is a proud graduate of Leadership Greater McHenry County Class of 2006.

The Options & Advocacy Board of Directors is committed to providing direction and support for the Option & Advocacy staff and recipients of our services. Our goals are to maintain a financially sound organization, outstanding customer service and a well trained and developed staff.
