Community Access Service Coordination Program Overview

The Community Access Service Coordination provides the following: 

Determination of service eligibility for state and local services including day programs, residential programs, and other community supports 

Advocacy for all service needs including educational advocacy for children and adolescents receiving special education services 

Assistance in the development of an individual service plan  

Monitoring of individual service plans to ensure implementation as well as health and safety of the individual in their home or community setting
