About the Event
The Local Interagency Council (LIC) & Early Childhood Network (ECN
) of McHenry County is a community-based collaboration led by Options & Advocacy for McHenry County committed to enhancing a high quality, well-coord, easily accessible system of services and supports that promote the positive growth and development of expecting parents and families with children from birth to age five.
