About the Event
Due to COVID-19, we have updated our policies:Â
-Only 1 child and 1 parent/guardian per family (+ provider)
 **Therapists are encouraged to attend playgroup with you. -You must RSVP to optionsandadvocacy.org (you will receive a confirmation email to participate in playgroup-please do not attend if you have not received it)Â
-All participants over 24 months must wear a mask- to the best of their ability.Â
-Please bring personal snack/drink (none will be provided)
 -You must complete COVID questionnaire and have your temperatures checked prior to entering playgroup
 -For the health and safety of all participants, if you or your child is sick, please do not attend playgroup and let office know ASAP at 815-477-4720 ext. 250
-If after attending playgroup, you or your child develop any symptoms, please contact our office ASAP at 815-477-4720 ext.250
