Winter Noe
Executive Director
Winter has been with Options and Advocacy for 13 years. First as Technical Assistant for Child and Family Connections and then as Program Manager for the Autism Resource Center. Prior to her work at Options & Advocacy she provided in-home developmental therapy for infants and toddlers and taught in a self-contained early childhood special education classroom.
Post graduate school, Winter and her husband returned to McHenry County to raise their four children. Winter believes that McHenry County is an excellent community to live in and raise a family. “There is a strong group of like-minded people here who care about developing equitable and inclusive services. This is important to me.”
Winter grew up with a brother who was diagnosed at a young age with Costello Syndrome. Her family benefited from agencies like Options and Advocacy. In many ways her life has come full circle, and she is honored to now have this opportunity as Executive Director.
